Ginger Watermelon Balls

Watermelon cools the body and is refreshing in summer on a hot day.
Do scoop the white rind of the watermelon, it is full of minerals.

Ginger Watermelon Balls

watermelon, melon balled with juice
ginger, finely grated

Using a melon baller scoop out the melon and keep the watermelon juice.
Grate ginger and add to the watermelon.
Place into a watertight container and gently shake to mix the ginger and juice.
Place into the fridge for at least two hours to chill.
