Would you like sweet potato with that?


No one makes spare ribs better than the Americans. Or maybe the Canadians. But I haven’t had the pleasure of going to Canada yet so forgive me if I’m wrong.
I had the plate all to myself. Yes. I made a mess, and yes, I picked them up in my hands and yes, I loved every minute.
Sometimes you just have to indulge the dark side.

    • I think it is about time I made my own spare ribs. I saw some racks at the supermarket with marinade all set to go. I will try my own first and if all else fails I can fall back on the ready and run versions. Thanks for the reminder.
